Legal basis and purpose of processing personal data
When you use our website, the following personal information is collected.
When you use our website, we typically collect and process the following types of information: IP address, demographic and geographical data as well as technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone and information about which pages you click on (interests). Your IP address is anonymised, which does not make it possible to connect the IP address to you.
To the extent that you yourself give explicit consent to this, and enter the information yourself in connection with subscribing to the newsletter and filling out the contact form, are also processed:
- Name
- Phone number
The above information is retained until you withdraw your consent. The consent can be withdrawn at any time.
The information is used for statistical analysis purposes and to optimize our services and content; including analysis of general user behavior and re-marketing. In addition, the information is used to be able to provide the services you have requested, for example to be contacted about sales offers or newsletters.
The information comes from data collected using browser cookies. You can read more about the use of cookies in our cookie policy.
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.
The information is deleted when you withdraw your consent or there is no longer a legitimate purpose of the processing.
If you apply for a job with us, the following personal information is processed
To process job applications, we save the sent e-mails from candidates including documents such as application, CV, statements, certificates, etc. We only store information submitted by the candidate himself. By submitting your application, you hereby give consent for IU Service ApS to keep your application for 6 months.
We do not store unsolicited applications.
Legal basis for the processing of personal data
The legal basis for storing the above data is for the purpose of concluding a contract. Our processing of your personal data is based on the contract concluded and the balancing rule in Article 6(1)(f) of the Data Protection Regulation.
We store your personal data for the following reasons:
- In order to contact you
- In order to deliver our service to you
- In order to develop our services
- In order to make statistical calculations
The information is stored internally or with external data processor until there is no longer a legitimate purpose of processing.
Recipients or categories of recipients
We disclose or entrust your personal data to relevant data processors, such as our accounting system. This is done in order to provide the best service to you.
Where does your personal data come from?
The personal data that we process comes from the contact person or other employee of the company who wishes to use our service.
The right to withdraw consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting us, see contact information in section 1.
If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the legality of our processing of your personal data on the basis of your previously announced consent and up to the time of withdrawal. Thus, withdrawing your consent does not take effect until the date of withdrawal.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Regulation, you have a number of rights in relation to our processing of your data. If you wish to exercise your rights, please contact us.
You have the right to access the information we process about you as well as a number of other information.
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
In special cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before the time of our general deletion occurs. In some cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted; using this right, we may in future only process the data (other than storage) with your consent, or for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interest.
In some cases, you have the right to object to our otherwise lawful processing of your personal data. You have the right to object to the processing of your information for direct marketing.
In some cases, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to have that personal data transferred from one data controller to another without hindrance.

In case of security breaches with the risk of compromise of personal data, IU Service ApS will notify you of the security breach as soon as possible.

IU Service ApS uses cookies on its website, and by using our site you accept this. A cookie is a small file that is stored on your device, e.g. computer, tablet or smartphone. It is used to recognize the devices that visit our site.
Visitor statistics and user experience
We use cookies to support functions such as share buttons, and to investigate how the website is being used. Cookies enable us to compile statistics on users' use of the website and to optimize the content of the page.
