What Personal Data Do We Collect When You Use Our Website?

When you visit our website, we typically collect and process the following types of data:

This data is used for statistical analysis and to optimize our services and content, including analyzing general user behavior and remarketing. Additionally, the data is used to provide the services you have requested, such as being contacted regarding sales offers or newsletters.

We have implemented technical and organizational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or unlawfully deleted, disclosed, lost, altered, accessed by unauthorized persons, misused, or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

If You Apply for a Job with Us, We Process the Following Personal Data

To process job applications, we store emails sent by candidates, including documents such as resumes, cover letters, references, certificates, etc. We only store information provided by the candidate.

By submitting your application, you consent to IU Service ApS storing it for six months.

We do not store unsolicited applications.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data

The legal basis for storing the above data is to enter into a contract.

We process your personal data based on the contract and the legitimate interest rule in Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We store your personal data for the following reasons:

  • To be able to contact you
  • To provide our service to you
  • To develop our services
  • To perform statistical calculations

Your data is stored internally or with an external data processor until there is no longer a legitimate purpose for processing it.

Recipients or Categories of Recipients

We may disclose or transfer your personal data to relevant data processors, such as our accounting system, to provide you with the best possible service.

Where Does Your Personal Data Come From?

The personal data we process comes from the contact person or another employee in the company that wishes to use our services.

If you choose to withdraw your consent, it does not affect the lawfulness of our processing of your personal data based on your previously given consent up to the time of withdrawal. If you withdraw your consent, it will only take effect from the time of withdrawal.
